The BCD Generator is an Excel based tool which allows you to Load, Save and Edit Board/Chip Definition (BCD) files used by RealView Debugger for extended target visibility (ETV).

A BCD file is a text file describing peripherals, registers and the target memory map. This provides RVD with some knowledge on the specific target you are connected to and can provide easy access to underlying peripheral registers.
